On September 22, 2005, the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) released its
"School Food Safety Bill of Rights."
It gives parents tips on how to take advantage of a new Federal law requiring more frequent inspections and easy access to school cafeteria inspection reports. Armed with this information, parents can really make a difference in the safety of foods in school lunch cafeterias!
You can find the School Food Safety Bill of Rights at:

Kids have a right to safe food in school, and parents have a right to know what goes on in the school cafeteria. Until now, many parents had to jump through hoops to track down inspection reports. Making these reports available in schools and on the Internet will be a powerful incentive for schools to run cleaner and safer cafeterias.
Please circulate the School Food Safety Bill of Rights to parents you know! Informed parents can really have an impact.

School food is made from cardboard and homeless people. Nasty, nasty stuff...I've eaten it for many years but I haven't died yet...so, it's not deadly.

Aren't school cooks the ones even hospitals won't hire?
